I have highlighted what I would call players that would draw attention, now everyone has a favourite but these are big names in the game, although a few may be reaching the twilight days now.
With 5 tournaments in the US out of the next 7, you would think that it would be US player heavy – certainly for people who are going to attend the tournament but not really at the moment.
Its an interesting mix of players from different nationalities – you wonder if more ‘big names’ sign up that these will be dropped or since some of the countries have big population – is it a nice marketing ploy so the people in that country can cheer on their local favourite.
